Returns
- Eligibility: Our Products are not eligible for Return / Exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene considerations, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We quality control all our shipping, but in rare case, If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In case of damaged or defective product, please share an unboxing video for the claim processing, post examine a refund or replacement will be issued in 4-7 business days.
- For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account in 7 business days.
Partial Refunds: For partial returns, refunds will be adjusted based on the returned items.
Approval Process: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.
Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
